Before you email
Common questions about supported links, private accounts, video quality, audio, watermarks, and where files are saved on mobile are answered in the FAQ. The quick-start guide explains every control and status message.
Send your message to support@reelsdownloader.app. This opens your email app; you can also copy the address into any email service.
Email is handled by your mail provider and ours, separately from the downloader. No response time is guaranteed, but clear, reproducible reports are much easier to investigate.
What to include
For a technical problem, include only what is needed to reproduce it:
- the complete URL of the public Reel or post;
- the exact error message the downloader showed;
- what you expected to happen;
- your browser, device type, and operating system;
- whether the Reel opens in a private browser window without signing in.
What not to send
Never email an Instagram password, session cookie, login code, payment details, identity document, or unrelated sensitive information. Reels Downloader support will never ask for account credentials.
Privacy requests
For a question about your personal data, describe the request without unnecessary personal details and review the Privacy Policy first. Analytics and advertising data are held by Google: you can opt out of personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings and change your cookie consent at any time through the privacy and cookie settings link on the site, without emailing us.
Copyright and rights concerns
If you hold rights in public content and want to report a specific post, include its exact URL, identify the work, and briefly explain your relationship to it. The Terms of use describe the acceptable-use and copyright rules.
Advertising
Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense, and we do not choose individual ads. If you see an ad that seems inappropriate or misleading, tell us the page it appeared on and what it showed, and we will review it.
General feedback
Suggestions and clear bug reports are welcome. Please do not send bulk download requests, requests to access private accounts, or unrelated marketing.
